FROM ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- First and foremost, there are no refunds, no
returns, no replacements on any hatching egg orders,
FOR ANY REASON, whatsoever.
- You may have 0% -100% hatch rate from the eggs you receive from me.
- You understand that eggs may not develop due to factors outside my
control. You should candle the eggs upon arrival to inspect the air sac
cells. It is recommended that shipped eggs rest for 12 hours to allow
shook up air cells a chance to settle and possibly reattach. If air cells
become damaged, embryo development is doomed.
- Please take the time to educate yourself about fertile chicken eggs.
Just because the embryo fails to develop, it does not mean the egg was not
fertile. Eggs must be kept under the right condition in order
to fertilize (It is always a good idea to check your incubator for
cold spots periodically).
- The only way to check for fertility is to crack one of the eggs to
locate the bullseye (the blastocyst). That is the only way! Please do your
research before making false claims out of ignorance.
- You should ALWAYS elect to pick up your eggs from the post office
versus having them shipped to your door. Clients who follow this best
practice are far more successful than those who have their
package sent straight home.
- If you can't pick up your eggs from the post office, consider
sourcing them locally.
- If you want your package held for pick up, please leave your phone
number on the "note to seller" during checkout and it will be
done for you. If you forget, you can always send me a message via
ebay. I will no longer reach out to anyone for the phone number.
If you have not asked me to hold for pick up, your package will be sent
straight to your address.
- You understand eBay’s shipping and handling time does not apply to
my farm business and/or hatching eggs. We work with animals. Animals are
unpredictable.
- I am a teacher, farmer, wife, and mom. I do not have time to
entertain any drama over eggs that don't develop or don't hatch. I am not
a keyboard warrior.

risks involved and when you complete your purchase, you have accepted these

- Handling time is 10 business days. Sometimes, it can take longer,
depending on the number of orders between eBay, local, and the farm
website. I strive to ship every order within the deadline, but keep in
mind we work with animals. Animals are unpredictable. We work with small
flocks. Eggs are shipped fresh. Your oldest egg won't be older than 72 hours
prior to shipping.
- If you decide to leave a positive feedback, please do so on the
condition of eggs upon arrival (after you have candled them), and
packaging. These are the things I am 100% in control of. Your eggs will
arrive safely and unbroken; free of any deformities. Only the best eggs
are chosen for your incubator. Each egg is carefully inspected for cracks
and detached air cells prior to packaging. Every package sent is the best
it can possibly be. The eggs I sent to you are packaged with love and
care.
- If you receive broken eggs (from usps mishandling), please file a
claim with usps. Your package is insured for $100. Pictures are a MUST.
- Please understand that I do not return messages about hatch rate.
There is nothing I can or will do to remediate the issue. I can't refund
you for service that has been rendered. I won’t reship, unless paid for a
full set, or authorize a return.
- I can't guarantee hatch rate outside my farm
for numerous factors: the environment, the machine, the
practice, detached air sacs during transit, just to name a few. Just place
me on your "no buy again list" and move on.
- Please note we
cannot predict when our hens want to take a break. Just like us, they have
good days and bad days as well. If I cannot fill your order due to
broodiness, molt, heat, or any other factor that affects laying, I will
contact you and cancel your order, issuing a full refund.

Our Buff Laced Polish Chicken Flock
Buff Laced Polish are a beautiful variety of Polish Chickens. Birds are buff colored with white lacing around the edges of their feathers. Polish are best known for their top hat or crazy feathers on top of their heads!
Polish Chickens have small v-combs, lay 3-5 white eggs each week, and do not tend to be broody. They are a favorite with children because of their looks and quiet docile personality. Because their feathers can limit their vision, they are not a good option for free ranging. You may get both bearded and non-bearded Polish chicks from our eggs.
Packaging
All my packaging is double boxed and well insulated. Just look at our reviews. It provides great insulation and keep the eggs safe. I use the pool
noodles to restrain the eggs and packaging peanuts. Depending on location and
knowledge/experience of how eggs are treated in a particular route, I even add
extra layers of protection. I pretty much do everything I can to ensure these
eggs will arrive intact and immaculate. I package with USPS brutality in mind.

We ship all our eggs from Dade City, FL 33523,
via priority mail only (FREE SHIPPING), on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY.
Customer is responsible for cost of express shipping if requested. Your
shipment WON'T be marked "HOLD FOR PICK UP," UNLESS you provide
a phone number so folks at the PO can give you a call to let you know your
hatching eggs are in.
Local Pick Up - Welcome
with appointment only. We follow strict biosecurity guidelines and only have visitors
by appointment. If you live in Pasco, Hillsbrough, Hernando, Sumter, or any
other adjacent counties and don't mind a trip for chickens LOL, just select
this option at check out and I will get with you to set up an appointment.
