Manufactured by Miller Equipment company from Franklin, PA. The serial number on this item is K98397. Style number 850 with a date of 6/14/1995. Item comes will everything you see in the photos. ANSI certified. This item is made of no-stretch synthetic webbing. Maximum working load is 310lbs. This item looks brand new. If it was ever used, it wasn't used much. Straps are in great shape with no rips, cuts or frays. Some scuffs on the Omega-95 carabiner and Sofstop clips; they open and close with no issues. Some of the metal parts were manufactured in Canada. Plastic stops are in good shape and not cracked. Stitching is in good shape. The zipper to the bag opens and closes with no issues.
