Shipping
We will gladly combine shipping on any/all items. Packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx depending on the item. If you would like more information on the carrier, please contact us. This shipping amount qualifies only to customers within the continental US. We do ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii, so please contact us for a shipping quote to those locations. A tracking number and receipt will be provided upon completion of transaction. International Customers International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. Before purchasing any items/product, please insure your country allows this product to be imported. We WILL NOT be held responsible if your country of destination rejects, destroys or confiscates the shipment due to overseas Customs regulations. Returns
Livestock Concepts return policy is designed to be as hassle-free and fair as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt*.

How to Return an item:

Non-Defective Items (Changed mind, Mis-ordered)
You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items. If your item qualified for Free Shipping, upon return of the non-defective item, the original shipping charge incurred will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order or make changes, the request must be made within one hour of placing the order and confirmed by an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative.
Restocking Fees
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply: · Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition. · Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable. · Shipping Fees are non-refundable. · There is a 20% restocking fee on returns · Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment. · If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.
Orders "Refused" without authorization
Returns that were shipped back after 30 days of the date received will be rejected, unless prior authorization is given. Important Note: Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
