After the 3rd single rocketed to the top of the Hot 100, spending 7 weeks at #1, Motown quickly re-released the album as I Heard It Through the Grapvine. The album peaked at #2 on the R&B Album chart and also featured the Top 10 R&B hits, "You" and "Chained."
