If an item gets lost, I would ask that you fill in the Royal Mail form that they will send you when I MAKE A CLAIM. I will refund you immediately - or as soon as humanly possible - whichever is quicker :)

When you buy something from me, eBay takes a final value fee & removes the item from sale. With so many non paying bidders recently, I have had no choice, but to change my non paying bidder settings. After 2 days, a non paying bidder alert will be opened.I will then, if an auction, offer a 2nd chance to the underbidder if appropriate. After another 5 days, a non paying bidder strike will be given & I will relist said item. This gives you 7 days to pay.
