It is hard to improve on a legend, but we did just that with our new 14’ Black Widow. The 100% fiberglass blank allows for a light weight rod that cuts down on fatigue for all-day fishing while providing a good reach into those hard to get to areas. With this upgrade, the Black Widow still maintains the features you know and love with its low end price point, glossy black blank with enhanced graphics, fiberglass reinforced joints, metal eye tip, and line keeper.

All merchandise returned for a refund, must meet the following conditions:

• You must contact us for a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number and write the number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the item's packaging).
• You must return the goods to the warehouse(s) specified in the RMA. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct return address before sending goods back. Any good shipped to the incorrect location will incur additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any goods returned to the wrong address.
• Item(s) must be Returned within (14) days of the customer receiving the product and (7) days of the RMAs date of issue (This can be extended for special circumstances)
• Item(s) will only be accepted if the item is in new, re-sellable condition, unopened original packaging, and unused condition. This includes blister packs and shrink wrapping that an item may come needs to be uncut and / or unaltered. Note: Certain manufactures will not allow us to take items back that the blister pack and or shrink wrapping have been opened.
• A copy of the original packing slip received with the item
• A copy of the RMA email OR a note describing the problem and requested action

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If the merchandise you receive is damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service department for further instruction.

If the item is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact the original manufacturer for warranty work / repairs. As we are only a reseller, we cannot provide warranty work / repairs.

Choice of Law and Forum

1. Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with this Dispute Resolution Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to this Dispute Resolution Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to the Dispute Resolution Section, we may recover attorneys' fees and costs, provided that we notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
