This vehicle is being Sold As Is - No Dealer Warranty. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition, value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. The buyer can arrange third party inspection on the vehicle on their expense ( Please coordinate with the seller ). Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Vehicle Pickup & Shipping :
The Buyer is responsible for pickup and shipping. We will help you get a shipping quotes. All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.This vehicle is sold AS-IS. All Inspections must be performed prior to bidding and are encouraged. Keep in mind these are used vehicles expect some wear, some vehicles may have minor hairline scratches. A $499.00 dealer fee/prep. applies (paperwork, temporary tag, postage, USPS/FEDEX etc.) added to the cost of every vehicle for all customers and dealers. This charge processing fee represents costs and profit to the dealer for items such as cleaning and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale.If sold in Florida A 6%-8.5% tax (Varies by county) and required title and transfer fees must be paid with the balance. Outside of Florida the buyer processes the registration in their states, however Sale tax applies (contact us for details). Bank wire transfers, Cashier Checks, Loan checks will have to be cleared prior to delivery of vehicle, NO PERSONAL CHECKS!! We reserve the right to notify bidders and end our auctions at any time and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and or closure.
Remember some of these vehicles are nearly a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We cannot guarantee the presence of these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. Please contact us for the best shipping rate. We assist you in coordinating the transportation, however damage during transit may occur and that is the responsibility of the shipping company. The shippers are insured and all claims have to be filed with the shipping company Fees and Taxes.
